2020년 대한면역학회 국제학술대회(KAI International Meeting 2020)
바이오클론은 KAI International Meeting 2020에 후원사로 참석하여 자리를 빛낼 예정입니다.
올해에도 대한면역학회 가을 학술대회가 국제학술대회로 개최됩니다. 올해 초부터 시작된 SARS-CoV-2의 감염 확산으로 춘계 학술대회를 결국 취소하였습니다. 가을 학술대회는 스위스그랜드호텔에서 열 계획이었으나 코로나 감염 확산 가능성을 염려하여 ‘온라인’으로 진행을 합니다.
학술대회는 계획대로 2020년 11월 11일(수) ~ 11월 13일(금) 3일간 개최하게 됩니다. 첫날에는 ‘코로나바이러스’ 세션과 ‘면역학 최신 지견’ 세션이 진행되며, 둘째 및 셋째 날에는 예년처럼 Plenary Lecture와 두 강의실에서 심포지엄 세션이 진행됩니다.
A Message to the KAI Community
It is my great pleasure to announce the 2020 International KAI Meeting in Seoul on November 11-13, 2020. At the same time, I have mixed feelings that the Meeting will be in a new format. We will have the virtual meeting in response to the unforeseen pandemic of COVID-19. This is also a recommendation from the Korean Academy of Medical Sciences.
Although the unforeseen situation continues, our mission is to advance immunology research and education and to fight against Covid-19. We will not meet face to face; however, the 2020 International KAI Virtual Meeting will be full of recent progress in immunity, including immunology in SARS-CoV-19 infection.
Our KAI Community has been growing, and your support and active participation will make the 2020 International KAI Meeting successful and valuable. I expect this first Virtual Meeting will be a memorable experience for all members.
